Selling Services and Open Source Affiliate Software

At the request of some of my clients, I am expanding my services and making it an affiliate setup ... selling (wholesale really ... and more like hiring them out as opposed to actually selling them ... though maybe selling their services) SEO services, content and fully-managed, in-house virtual assistants. So the question is ... all of my commissions are based on a simple ten percent deal. I am looking for an open source affiliate program that I can use to sell my services and if I can integrate it with my Joomla Installation that would be even better. Any ideas?
